Oh I'm 100% NOT sure it's on right. Bike came with NX and shifted like junk although I am the master suck when it comes to adjusting correctly. One of the many reasons moving to ASX X01 was that I don't want to drop the motor every time a shifting cable would have to be replaced. I wanted solid shifting without the need to adjust cables etc. Not the most cost-effective but I do want to end up with great shifting. I still have the NX cassette and chain but that's all being swapped next week to an XX1 chain and cassette at Hilltop.Something doesn't sound right. You might want to check if the derailleur is mounted correctly on the hanger. I'm finding it hard to believe that the top pulley sits that far away from a 50T. Sram's mount is slightly different and needs to be mounted in the right position. Your going from an X01 to ASX, changing out to a 52 cassette to fix shifting on essentially a new bike. That's a lot of cash to drop on something that already has good equipment. Putting on a 52 doesn't sound like the right fix.
