ESI chunky on all my bikes.
I have these as well but they are slippery as crap when sweaty. I went back to the ergons.i have the bontrager version of the ergons, they come in two sizes take your pick.
im not happy with the chunkys that came on my stache, havent gotten around to replace them yet (if you come on friday your welcome to take a look/ride at the chunkys)

New style. I use fingerless gloves as I can’t grab stuff out of my pockets with my big hands. The black rubber on the under side is what gets slick.do you have the current style or the old style? i have both, like the newer ones better, never had a slippery bar issue, but i wear gloves year round when i ride so im sure that helps.
Did they teach you that at bike polo?keep riding eventually your soft hands will get used to it
I was leaning towards the death grips before posting this...ESI chunky
Though I been eager to try the DMR brendon death grips
I just got Rev Grips because I head good things about them. They are touted as being suspension grips to isolate vibration. They sound like they would be right up your alley. https://revgrips.com The grips literally float over the bar ends and even twist depending on which level of softness you desire. The twisting is weird at first but already becoming second nature. I have still to test these without wearing winter gloves but they seem promising. They are also a bit pricy and there are a bunch of pieces to assemble but it wasn't too bad. https://bikerumor.com/2018/05/10/revolution-suspension-grips-the-twisty-grippy-put-to-the-test/
