What beer are you drinking RIGHT NOW?

So I wanted to go out and get lunch today..., no dice, seems most places are closed for the holiday.
I decided to cook my own pasta, which was a great choice and I loved it. Along with that I broke out
a beer I was saving ( I need this after my 20 mile ride this morning!).
First sip I was like don't like this very much, too strong and doesn't go with my pasta. But I suffered
through and stuck with it. At 14.4% Alc it was kinda strong for lunch. I persevered, finished my pasta
and now as I finish my last sips of beer, I'd really like another one of these! Gets better the more you drink.

Time for a Research Series DIPA from Frost Beer Works. Early analysis is that Lush scores on the tasty scale.

Also, the Research Series DIPA formulation displays overwhelming foam and results in a big head. A standard pour procedure was utilized and the step-ladder pour technique was not necessary to induce failure of the sample.

Catching up-
Went to Sottocasa in the city the other night for our anniversary-
Their beer list is primarily Italian microbrews, and man those cats get wild!
Lots of Belgians and a lot with really odd ingredients.
I opted for the IPA brewed with pink pepper, paired with a Diavola pie. Yummmm.
