Having a Saturday night "beer off":

Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA.

vs.

Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA

The winner:Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA.

So much more interesting FLAVOR. the Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA just seems bitter for the sake of being bitter WITHOUT THE REWARD of a complex IPA flavor. tastes burnt.
