Doing a fresh take on potatoes, because who doesn’t love a 450* oven when it’s almost 80* out?

Greek lemon potatoes







Super easy, and almost as good as Vasilli’s (our go-to Greek joint).
Norwegian salmon and arugula salad to round put the plate.
Yum.

When wife works from home I end up with Al Rokor recipes.

Grilled shrimp and grilled avocado. There was also grilled corn on the cob and chicken.

Marinated overnight in Hosin BBQ sauce

kids thought we were having Chinese food when I brought them inside. Not sure if that’s a compliment or not but they were good.

Costco Wings and Marinated Pork Loins on the Weber.

Second Course was the Pork. A great buy and delicious.

Asparagus roasted with EVOO/garlic/Parmesan/salt/pepper

Some pasta w/pesto and shaved Parmesan.

Basically seat at 750 for 3 minutes, rest for 20, then cook at 400 tlll done.

I prefer reverse too on larger pieces of meat. Takes too long though.

Mrs Manic went full hippie tonight:
Beet greens sautéed with bacon, shallots and garlic over rice

Damn tasty, though I’ll probably wake up at 3a starving a power down a Pb and Nutella Sammie.

Baked striped bass with peppers, onions, yellow squash, and tomatoes(ran way short on those) with quinoa and carrots as sides. Taste 5 stars, presentation 1.5(deserved better than paper but oh well).
