Doing a fresh take on potatoes, because who doesn’t love a 450* oven when it’s almost 80* out?

Super easy, and almost as good as Vasilli’s (our go-to Greek joint).
Norwegian salmon and arugula salad to round put the plate.
Yum.
 
Ribs we got ribs.
Marinated overnight in Hosin BBQ sauce

kids thought we were having Chinese food when I brought them inside. Not sure if that’s a compliment or not but they were good.

baked Mac and cheese on the side and garlic bread. no pics sorry.
