Shell steak marinated in wife’s home made teriyaki mix been soaking in the fridge since Friday night.

Caramelized red onions and mushrooms for steak topper. Wife’s custom mix with salt pepper garlic and some other stuff I don’t really know but it’s so Fn good.

home made zucchini bread from scratch.

washed it down with another dogfishhead IPA.

oh and it snowed the whole time I was grilling. it’s May!

This is why if I ever stop riding bikes I will go back to being 300 lbs.

So it was about perfect at 8 hours on low.
Shrugged, left it running while I watered the lawn, and I think that was not so good.
Lost some of its beautiful red color, but still with all the flavor.

Will reserve the beef stock.
Not sure what to do with onions and garlic, but will reserve those too.

Meatballs and sauce.
overdid the garlic. Could only find diced tomatoes, not crushed. Still good. Kids loved it.

Had to wait to put the meatballs in until the end so I could separate some of the sauce for wife (vegetarian)

Mexican pizzas tonight.
Quesadillas are a staple, but this is the first time we’ve made these in 3 months. Shrugs
Assorted Crackerbarrels, diced pickled jalapeños and local Tesla chorizo.
Might be the last for a while, dude said no more pork until June.
