Here's the video of the singletrack portion of the course. I was pissed though after checking the footage that my rear cam was not aimed properly, i changed the mounts and didn't test it before the race 😡. Fortunately, the front cam is fine. So here you go, video of my race trying to stay with the front group and blowing my self up. Had a terrible race, legs felt heavy from the beginning and I thought I can shake it off but never happened, just cant recover after hard efforts. Thanks Rob for the company in the second lap 🙂 ..... enjoy, i will try to salvage what I can from the remaining footage.

That was great as always. The rear cam isn't that far off as I was expecting. The first part of the 2nd lap where that guy in the yellow and black comes up on you was where I was behind you the first time until I got my bars hooked on the tree and it took me out. He got around me there and I saw him catch up to you by that fence with the short piece of gravel road. You may have me get nailed by that tree in the rear cam. After that I caught back up again at some point.
 
Thanks for the vid. You got me in it, white cts jersey with water bottle in the back pocket.
that dude in the high gear kit ended up winning it. he had to stop and pick up his garmin at one point after it fell off his bike, you got him on camera right in front of you.

Yeah, I know, I didnt even bother passing him when he stopped, I didnt want to slow him down. 😱
Great job man, looks like the four guys in the front stayed together till the finish, thats just awesome racing!

Rob, that guy in yellow is Bogart from Townecycles, i never caught up to him after he passed me climbing the steep hill in the first lap, I'll go through the footage and see If I got you clipping the tree.😀

Thanks Soundz, but not fast enough to see those guys battle in the climb. Is the sport 40 - 44 age group a freak show or what? you finish 5th in this group but can podium in any other group in sport :hmmm: ...... and its just the second race of the season, cant wait to see how this unfold.
