Right, which is why there is a giant cloud of smog you can see from space over southern India.
I've never been to space to see that for myself,
but we do beat them out in greenhouse gas emissions
#winning!

China and India's deal is completely different than ours. If we had to play by the same rules as China does it wouldn't even be a topic of debate.

Our epa standards in a lot of manufacturing are so difficult that the entire industry has vanished from the US. But it made the pollution worse. The industry still exists, but in a country now with zero concern about pollution instead of here where we could have a moderate approach instead of impossible. And now the product needs to be shipped across the ocean and we lost the jobs.
Too tight of regulation just made the pollution worse.

Casting and plating still happen, but now completely unsupervised in a 3rd world country with child labor and complete disregard for the environment.
It got worse. And we lost the jobs and industry.
So what I'm hearing is kids are getting the opportunity to learn the value of a hard day's work.
Jk- interesting point, I'm listening.

Obama To GOP: ‘They Can Come For The Ride, But They Have To Sit In Back’ Oct 2010

This is how Obama worked with the republican, time for real change.

Do you honestly think that's worse than Hillary's strategy of going to where they live and murdering them from the sky?

How is it okay to bomb them but not okay to cease immigration from that same country?
Nice pivot from the original question? But I'll try to answer your new question. First, I'm personally against war of any kind. Second, I'm not sure who the "they" is in your statement. We're not indiscriminately targeting everyone in "those" countries. We're targeting terrorists and other enemy combatants. The rules of engagement are fairly strict, but we do make mistakes. Conflating "them" (the majority of peaceful Muslims) with "them" (the terrorists) is pretty much the definition of racism. Banning all Muslim immigration would prevent entry of people escaping the violence in their countries. A simple fix, I guess, but it kind of goes against the core beliefs of our country. Or it's possible that we don't hold that belief anymore, which would kind of suck. Third, I can't compare Clinton's and Trump's strategies because I honestly don't know what Trump's exact strategy is because it's not fleshed out. He states that he will "aggressively pursue joint and coalition military operations to crush and destroy ISIS", so I take that to mean some type of "going to where they live and murdering them". Maybe not from the sky, though.

Government overreach happens, but virtually every regulation came about due to some egregious act by dumb/evil humans dumping or spewing something they shouldn't have. The EPA is at least moderately successful in their mission. Air and water quality are measurably better. Calling out a handful of examples of overreach (which is subjective) doesn't justify eliminating the entire agency. If some regulations are wrong, fix them. I'd bet that at least some of the casting and plating industry is still US-owned, and that corporations are off-shoring the nasty stuff to dodge the regulations. Maybe some of your anger should be directed at the sleazy businesses that do that. Or at those countries that allow it.

Haha yes even the nitwit celebrities that said they are leaving if Trump won (and they can actually afford to live anywhere they want) are now saying they were kidding. Alec Baldwin and Streisand have made this claim multiple times and they are still here!

I really could have gone either way. I'm sure my life won't change very much just like every other election. I'm so confident in the future I ordered a orange fat bike yesterday. I say take advantage of all the new opportunities moving forward and get on board with the country's decision.

The real question that should be asked is Canada going to have to build a wall to keep Americans out?
Make America great again=sorry ladies, you are not smart enough to control your bodies. Make America great again=you non rich people better stfu and do what we say for what we want to pay you or our police will shoot you.

I lost one of my best friends to deportation under Obama. He was here since he was a little kid, doesn't really know anyone from where he was sent back to. Is Obama racist?

No, but he wants to see President tRUMP'$ Birth Certificate. Welcome back to the thread. ;-)

Good lord. Didn't anyone take science in school? Climate has been changing constantly for billions of years. Last time I looked, the world hasn't been "destroyed" yet. And no matter what we do to reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere (which I think we should btw), how are we going to stop the two biggest polluters on the planet - China and India?

But, science...

Where did I ever say climate change wasn't real or human-activity enhanced? Or that it's not a serious issue? I was commenting on the ridiculous hyperbole of the pp that climate change would "destroy the planet". And now I can add your nonsense that climate change will exterminate the human species. Somehow, with zero technology, humans managed to survive multiple ice ages and global warming periods. You seriously think this will kill us all off now? Laughable.

And yes the US has been leading by example. Our greenhouse emissions have been stable/declining for 15 years. Why isn't there a full-blown effort to build new nuclear power plants? Somehow liberals don't like that clean energy.

Turnout of the electorate

So, I see that cursing is permitted by the mods from the comments above, so let’s take the gloves off, breaux’s

This is a pretty good analysis of the voting for President on mashable.com:

http://mashable.com/2016/11/09/voti.../2016/11/09/voting-poll-numbers/#je5ssFVwSqq8

The graphs are particularly good and worth scanning this shit right now, bitches.

1. 46.6% didn’t vote. (I gotta get me so opium today so I can’t vote? That’s like over 100mm people. WTF? ASSHOLES)

2. Hillary had about 240,000 more votes than President Blutarsky. (59,580k to 59,341k: it’s over-who the fuck cares?)

3. 52% of white women voted for our President elect. (Rationale: “I wish he would grab my *****…") I think I know of a cousin and Quazi’s significant other, but this truly perplexes me. (of course tee shirts like the one 20 pages back that say “She’s a cunt. Vote for Trump” probably had something to do with that…not)

4. 13% of black men and 4% of black women voted for President Trump. (Don’t know any of them. You feel me, ma nizzle?)

5. He won the swing states by 31% to 30% over my girl. (That was the difference)

6. Our new President did particularly well among Latinos 33% and Latinas 26%. This surprised me quite a bit. (Puta maricon)

7. She had like 5mm fewer votes than the President (BHO). (Yeah, I don’t like her that much either)

8. The Evangelical crushed her by 81% to 16%! (Must have been God’s fucking will, aight?)

9. Every single Indian that I talked to in NJ voted for HRC (which is anecdotal and, no, I don’t know how to spell my Indian curses)

10. Johnson got only 1.7% (Yo, he’s gonna legalize the herb! Robert Nestor Marley. Everybody loves Bob Marley, everywhere I go it’s the same old story. People of all nations, they love the rasta man’s vibration. Inna some countries Bob next to God. It’s about time they gave a Grammy to Bob. 1981 he went meet his creator.)
