Garmin 530 shut off again today (17° day) with 40% battery life left. A quick google shows it's a common problem in the cold. WTF

If you’re the original owner try Garmin support they may help you with a refurb replacement for cheap if it’s the battery and a known issue

Since quads did not make enough damage now dirt bikes are ridind Ringwood State Park when wet and vulnerable ( I mean the park, not the dirt bikers). I caught 3 entering at Ryerson this morning, zero f@@ks given to the fact the trails are wet. If I were a bad person I would have wished them a minor accident, not letal or anything, just enough to spend so much money to force them to sell their bikes…but it would also be bad karma, so no shots fired. Unlike quads, these bastards can ride the trails and they do…

In the old country they came up with an idea for that, in order to pickup a cart you need to unlock it using a ϵ2 coin that you can recover when you bring the shopping cart back. Carts were routinely misplaced, stolen or damaged before that, now not so much...
Aldi does it and really every place should. Often people walking to the store will just hand someone who just finished with their cart a quarter and then walk the cart into the store.
Also, when I was a kid I remember returning the cart to the store. Was my family weird or did most people do that back then?
