The Kalmyk's Tinfoil Hat Happy Hour (aka Most Useless Thread on MTBNJ)

After a plate, 12 screws and lasso to keep smaller particulars together in my shoulder almost three years ago... i lost my deadlift mojo. Prior to said surgery, I was pulling 340-50ish lbs off the floor no wraps. I will likely never get back there without an UBER effort!!

This has been the five year play to 50 years old and to see where i can get my max pull. Like building a base fitness on the bike, i love the limited recovery/adaptation component to GtG all the while gains are gaining. Volume, patience, time for the win!!

“Dont confuse strength and conditioning with conditioning and conditioning”

GtG in combination with Sherrington law...

Sherrington's Law of Irradiation states the following: "A muscle working hard recruits the neighboring muscles, and if they are already part of the action, it amplifies their strength. The neural impulses emitted by the contracting muscles reach other muscles and enhance the desired contraction."
