Had a back and forth with a more experienced statesman on sleeping and aging. I mean, waking up at 4-430am and ready to go was never my thing until about three years ago. I always liked the fact that i was a heavy sleeper. Anywho, most of this is derived in the brain, im always thinking of next next next, get it done, check the box, etc etc. Biking slows that down!
The older statesman mentioned some strategies around satisfying those needs in a more inclusive way where my boy can be involved!! So, im making a trip to the attic to find Axis and Allies for some late night brain exercise. Imma light his ass up!!! Never let your kids win btw😉😂

Great game - haven't played it in over 20 years tho
PS I have never been a morning person. If I get up before 8am - that's early!
