It was nice to ride without it being so hot.

22 days. That’s definitely the most of ridden in at least 20 years.

i started at 235lbs, I haven’t changed anything in my diet and I’m at 227, so thats good. I am going to try to eat like a human over the next 10 days, and see if that drops another 10?

it seems like I average the same pace, whether its a hilly ride or semi-flat, weird. I felt like yesterday’s ride was so much harder than today, but I didn’t really go any faster.

Lol, It's like they purposely aim them at the street and not the lawn

if that is the case, ya just grab them by the base and turn - they are screwed into a riser pipe.
you could be the sprinkler head fairy! righting sprinklers all through the land. bring a small, flathead screwdriver
for distance settings. sweep can be a flathead, phillips, or other weird adjustment (remove collar, push down, turn...)

I could, for a small fee, do that. I'd rather ride my bike though. lol

20/20+

Wait what - a group ride? Me?? Joined @Carson and his local cop friend "Red" Connor at Nassau for a nice loop. Luckily Connor (in his 20s!) was still recovering from covid so had limited lung capacity and didn't kill me. Looks like I can get to 20+ rides in a row (today was 18) before taking a break - will see how long I can stretch it.
