You have less than 2 workouts a week scheduled on there, what would you expect?

I just picked whatever they recommended. No plan, just day to day? I forget the exact name. I’m on Zwift right now doing the recommended workout so I can’t go back and look.

Even still, what would they recommend anything that would lower my FTP? I don’t understand.

You input how many days/hours you want to ride every week and it recommends from there. I think the plan is trying to keep you as high as it can but with less than 2 workouts a week, you can't expect to keep the fitness you would have if you were riding 4+. You can do the check volume button or create a new plan which would probably add workouts. I have no idea if you're solely on TR at this point or not. If you're doing TrainNow daily then you'll definitely crush that prediction...it's only using the data it has right now if that makes sense.

As you go through the weeks adding more workouts that it doesn't know exist yet it'll raise it. It also will take into account outside rides on top of those prescribed workouts apparently.
 
I think I found out the problem. I had signed up for trainerroad a couple months ago and added a plan, then I abandoned it shortly after. I did not renew my membership. So they were a couple workouts left from that old plan still in my calendar. When I signed up today, that plane was still on my calendar.

That’s a bug. They should probably clear out old plans, or ask you if you want to.

I went back and added a custom plan to “improve endurance”. And they say I can have a 312 FTP in 4 weeks! LOL. Ok 👌
