Any tips on getting some scratches out of ceramic glazed tile? Contractor scratched it while installing the shower door.

Mix water and baking soda to make a paste and see if it rubs off.
If not they sell tile repair kits at home depot.

Had some chairs Mrs Manic was ready to curbside.
Not me though.
This stuff did the trick easily.

It does the trick quickly, but don’t wait too long to rinse it off.
I let one chair sit too long, and it started to break it down a bit.
Now it has a milky white film to it that rubs off a little.
No biggie, they are bonfire chairs.
10/10 would use again.

i now have air in my basement for whatever (seating tubeless, pumping up tires, cleaning shit, nail guns ect) finally got around to running the hose from my big 60gallon in the garage to the basement, as a side bonus, i dont have to listen to it run when it DOES kick on either :D

I also have a large swath of dirt requiring attention. Plan is for 2-3" of crushed stone topped with a layer of pea gravel, potentially with some paver sand mixed in (apparently that can help serve as a bit of a binder). Anyone have experience with using pea grave? There are so many tree roots that pavers aren't really feasible and we walk through here all the time so I don't know that mulch really makes sense.
