Beginning of 3 Amigos climb up toward Chunky Monkey - that is a tough one, nice job!. Squeezing between that tree and the boulder requires track stand technique.

guessing last summer on that steamy sultry day where the rocks and trees and mosquitoes were sweating when you led the group ride there you didn't take us on this route? just my fancy way of asking you gonna do a group ride(s) there this year in better conditions? 😛

i do need to ride here more but keep going to places i already know when I'm pressed for time (which has been all of 2025) to maximize my ride since no time to explore

Got tired of dabbing that one!

I raked a re-route in there to go low and come in at the next bend.
there are a couple rock features. it didn't really stick.
There is a cool line up top to the right that comes down through those boulders below this feature.

i do intend to do another group ride, just don't know when. Just checked and confirmed, we did not hit that trail on that group ride.
