Iron Maiden beer.
I wasn't sure if I should post this on the Metal thread or beer thread.
I opted for this thread. I figure most of you drink beer anyway.

Of course you need another live Maiden album. Don't be ridiculous.

Massively stoked for this, I saw them 3 times on that tour...

Yes very sad news indeed. No disrespect to Bruce, but the 1st 2 albums will always be my favorite by far. R I P Clive \m/

I've historically been a Maiden guy.
But I've eased over to the Priest side as the years go by.
Which isn't to say I don't like Maiden.
I still love both bands.

But if I had to choose Dickinson or Halford, I think I'll have to go with Halford.

The more I hear live Maiden, the more I notice how Dickinson doesn't hit all the notes.

Here's an example. It's one of my all time favorite Maiden songs. But listen to the vocals on the chorus. It's cringe worthy.

Everyone has an off night. I recently watched that documentary of their last world tour, and what impressed me was 3 guitarists not tripping over one another and Bruce hitting the notes, although I'm sure there was a lot of editing.

You wanna hear cringe inducing, listen to Axl on any live recording of the most recent incarnation of GnR.
