This was an unwelcomed move by the township. No one up here is happy about it.The unpaved section of Montgomery is as smooth and fast as it gets. Set a PR today not really trying. Did @jdog plow all the stones off?
Did they actually plow the stones off or was it just the stones getting pushed into the dirt, hence the need to re-stone every few years? This was an unwelcomed move by the township. No one up here is happy about it.
There is some work happening on Rilleyville on the Wurtsville road side.
flagger and 1 lane.
I wonder how that bridge faired in its somewhat weakened state? I can image all of that wooden reinforcement getting washed away.Rock Brook Bridge at Zion and Dutchtown-Zion roads is under a complete rebuild - since it is a historical bridge (built in 1825) they are completely restoring it. The project manager from Somerset County (guy in the black t shirt and green hat) was there and loves to talk about it! Said they are finding some 19th century artifacts in the bridge.. Won't be done until end of Nov earliest

I rode up there this evening to check it out. Not sure what state of de/reconstruction it was in before Ida.I wonder how that bridge faired in its somewhat weakened state? I can image all of that wooden reinforcement getting washed away.

Hollow is open and back in good shape. Only one spot goes to one lane now (by the house right on the road where they are fixing the foundation)
When I rode past today I thought they were working on the bridge, but it looks like dredging the streambed :I rode up there this evening to check it out. Not sure what state of de/reconstruction it was in before Ida.
