Good luck Jimmy, did you sell the Catskill property? Where abouts in CO? Looks like you're planning to build on that lot, what ideas are you brewing up?

Loose plan atm is 50/50. I may eventually sell the Catskills property, but that's probably a ways off.

The 14 acre plot is on the side of a mountain and not very buildable w/o spending tons of $. The excavation work was for the driveway which can fit ~3 cars. I'll build a few more shed-cabins and a bunch of foot/bike and quad'ish trails to move stuff around. May eventually sell it as well once I'm old and crippled.

The 5 acre lot is 10min away and flat with a somewhat decent road and electric nearby. I'm trying to build a "normal" house there.

I'm triangulated between Westcliffe (30min), Canon City (40min) and Salida (1hr).
