Nevermind...You used an analogy of the legal BAC limit, which is what is used to define what driving impaired is. The law is that you can't drive if you're over the legal limit. The rules for DoD are "You cannot use", not "You can use below the limit that we test for". Urine testing is just one of the ways that this is policed. We understand the science around test limits, but you don't seem to understand that there's more to the conditions for employment than just this testing limit.
