About a mile from Caretakers Lot, going counter clockwise. So awesome. Where on the loop?
Sterling is a true New-School trail system. Lots of opportunity for (legal) creative lines throughout. Now that spine has two features. Nice
It’s a good 15 feet and looks steeper from up top. Here’s a little video for perspective…
Yep. The spine is the intermediate line. I'm working on adding some more stuff to that whole section. There's also a HUGE roller I'm eyeing a couple hundred yards down the trail. Gotta see if I can get permission to clear a line to it. Now that my back is feeling better, I can start light trail work again. If this is the one I’m thinking of, the regular line is to your left, so is going in the same direction(or towards the direction) as the folks that rode by in the vid.
Jeff did a whole video on this with Lance.....good stuff.
Yes, I believe it was posted here already. I like this POV with him gasping for breath. 🤣Jeff did a whole video on this with Lance.....good stuff.
8:21 mark... @Norm #Backyardgoals
So it's been a really long time since I've been at Sterling but I wanted to give this a whirl today... took a few tries to find the right gear

haha, it was not...its a grunt. Its not on the level of the impossible climb at wildcat, but its tricky for sure. The nice part about this one is the hard part is at the beginning, so you can session it pretty easily.Awesome. Made it look easy.
