Post Your Doggo [woof]

Quick question on Lyme disease and dogs. Do you have to always treat Lyme? I've read conflicting info that if asymptomatic may not be needed. My dog has been infected now a second time some time since her last annual and her recent visit.
for as much as I know about dogs and behavior, I would defer to my vet on this 100% of the time as I am very risk averse. I think a lot of it depends on the dog's general health, age and any underlying factors.

Agreed, my vet just retired and someone just bought his business. Will have my pooch take the doxycycline but skip the two extra rounds of blood work. The new vet had trouble drawing blood whereas the old vet never did.
 
New foster day! Currently Greta but she might have had that handle for a few days. Shy, very sweet, very quiet, food motivated and totally nonplused with the other dogs. She already has an applicant even. Sadly we do not know what the story is with her pups, she was pulled from a shelter down south who didn’t have them. IMG_2176.jpegIMG_2181.jpeg
