P.S. does he have cataract or that smudge in his right eye is just a reflection (hope so)?
Both of his eyes are permanently scarred, though they have gotten significantly better. When he was brought in by animal control, his eyes were pretty much pure white, and he was totally blind. The scarring doesn't seem to affect his vision thankfully.

How much food and water do you leave out for them when you ditch them for Florida in the Winter?

I have one of these rigged up to a 30 gal drum of cat food. For water we keep the toilet lids up!
