I was riding the race course at Kittatinny yesterday and took the very last switchback (right in front of the parking lot) too fast, braked in the middle of the turn and went otb with bike an all. Of course, I managed to find the only rock around and hit my bad knee pretty bad. Also hit the bulls eye on my bad shoulder &@#$! A reminder of how poor my technical skills are...
The pics are not nearly as bad (good 🙂 ) as many on this thread but it sure hurts like hell

i crashed at kvsp today
must be the park; i had relatively minor otb at kvsp today. I big rock jumped from the side of the trail right to my left pedal as it traveled to its lowest point and hit my pedal and the next thing I knew I was on the side of the trail and my knuckles and knees were bleeding. My buddy behind my got a good view and he can verify that the rock was 100% at fault. So my knees and groin are sore; but it was worth it. Hopefully, I have now hit my quota for crashes this year.

Crashed the NSR50 on a kart track just days before my 1st son was born.
My son came home on Sunday, I went into have this done the next day.
Needless to say, but the wife was not very happy about me being useless the 1st few weeks of having a newborn in the house. When child #2 was on the way, I was told no racing or doing anything stupid or she'll KILL me!😀

So I was just finishing up my road ride with a cool down tonight and took a sip of water and when I went to put my hands back, I totally missed the handlebars .. too far forward .. and down I went. A hot lady in a Japanese sedan stopped to ask if I was ok, I thought about asking her for a ride, but thought better of it 😀
Wacked my head on the ground as well so need a new helmet. I know some of you don't like to be told what to do in terms of the helmet issue (al415 cough cough) and maybe I was the dumbass for missing the bars, but strange things do happen.

Wow Jimmy ...you need to find a better way to pick up chicks.😀 All jokes aside ..I've hit the pavement a few times in my day and it hurts like hell. I hope you heal up quick.

Stupid stupid mistake on my part. Called a pass on someones left and I clipped handle bars with him and went over the bars landed hard on my forearm and slid on the gravel. Almost into the ditch where the water passes under the "road". Got back on the bike but by the time I made it to the ST my right arm was useless. I'm just glad I didn't take anyone else out.

Ouch! So that was you that went down at the bridge right at the start. I saw you go down like 20 feet in front of me. I was the one screaming "rider down!" Hope you're feeling better.
