All the time, a bagel with peanut butter and one or two hard boiled eggs are my go to. If I'm running or a short road ride just a coffee and maybe fruit

I stopped going after high school (cause it was catholic hs) - there was a scandal, not of the sex kind, then all the stuff. But i do think it helps
parents have another voice. And i felt like a hypocrite, because of teachings you referenced.

church is also a community - someone from church would have your back, and coordinate if some assistance was needed. Before being able to call a family
member that lives half way across the country, you depended on your neighbor - which was probably your family member.

It can actually be argued that we have a genetic propensity to create these groups of people. Cause the loners don't survive well.
(read some E. O. Wilson on this stuff - very interesting. why the snake is generally feared, why we are afraid of the dark, esp as a child)

Maybe my wife and I are unique, I have 0 family ties outside of the 3 of us and my wife doesn't have family she can count on. This has left us to depend on our neighbors, we can depend on them like others do with family or church. When you have no choice you adapt.
 
Takes me a little while to get this ole' diesel going in the a.m. for sure. I always try to eat before a ride, but I normally don't eat breakfast in the morn on a none ride day so sometimes it (my stomach) will mess with me. Being awake is one thing, being a functioning human is another. Bob has me up all hours so I could post a heck of a lot earlier if I thought someone would answer.
 
Just so you guys know, I'm looking at closing the deal on that Knolly tommorow, so stop trying to buy it out from under me...lol. If it does ..which is 99% certain...happen...I might get ride of my park bike...which some of you saw me riding @ Creek. If any of you are interested in it, hit me up.OOS discount will apply..

Yeah, I offered him $550 today and waiting for his response... JK! lol
