which one? I have the gen2 Fatty with the re-reinforces rear.
There were lots of complaints of cracks on the seat tube for gen1. I'm still on tubes, I's I haven't taped up the Darryls yet. Also need a bunch more sealant. This winter making my own, I go through a half gallon each time I have a tubeless party....

Just checking in who will be around for the 8am preride at the mtbnj CR ride. Just going to do a slow yellow loop and a stop at Hawk Watch, since it was suggested to skip yellow for the 9am beginner ride. So far we have @Kangdoy @Mahnken and @Paul H ? @Mtbdog don't miss yellow, you'll like the rocks there

Do we have time limitations? Just wondering if it makes sense to do an extra loop or whatever after the official ride instead? Its going to be cold in the morning and would be better temperature wise later in the day.
 
Had the day off today, boss said "you look like you need a day to get some rest". So I decided to go ride 6 mile with dajerseyrat and his friends. Did a short loop, started a second and ran into jdog cutting in a new section of trail. Stopped and helped, so there's a new section of trail on Blue. I was wearing my jersey so OOS was properly represented! I'm shot now, got to recover for Sunday.

Some kind of mismanagement I heard. They lost their Cali store by fire but never rebuilt. Seems like owners just took the insurance and did nothing with it. They had a good rep in the past with their steel bikes. But I do know they are not good honoring warrantys like the past
