I have found I need to warm up on the road in order to not die if I start at Cush.

Yeah the top part of white to the ridge is soul crushing. I'm used to coming in from the RV scuba lot, take the scout road across then back across up puke hill. Usually pretty tired by then, but not like today, just had nothing...

More tech. There are equivalent climbs but it isn't continuous up/down.
You really need a tour.
