You literally just had to look at the pictures...if it was 30mm thick you would rip it off with each pedal stroke.

lol damn... isn't that too thin? My Talon chainstay was bare and it got pretty f'ed up.
I don't know what's underneath the foam... I would assume its just the frame?
Gonna cut it up with my teeth.

you are just stopping micro-scratches from your heal. does chain slap still exist?
what about the NDS? heal scratches there too.

when i look at the images of the frame, there is no big/puffy guard - just a tight/hard plastic one.

I am pretty sure that foam on the RDO is at least 2mm thick
Chain slap.... not sure since prolly due to the foam... I would not be able to hear it

Hey Matt and Patrick. I’m actually playing golf at high bridge and I’m on the 18th, wound up playing a lot faster than usual.
Hopefully you guys can hook up, I don’t want to flake on Matt, I just don’t want to wait around for 2 hours. Will you be able to hook up with Matt?
