Do you think they put the minimum thickness spec on the rotors for fun?
I like living on the edge. There are more important things to worry about-like matching my purple rotor bolts to my purple stem. :cool:

In all seriousness, a worn rotor will bend more easily. If you notice your rotors are not true and you didn’t hit them on anything, it’s possible they are getting too thin and the metal is warping because of the heat.

Wait-so you’ll change your bike rotors multiple times but the car…
I don't use my brakes on my car really.

I bought a whole new set of brakes but when I take off my wheels the ones on there measure out great.

Bicycle on the other hand...
