I have no idea how Karen had the strength to go to dinner after the Fest. (I wanted to go, but by the time it was over, I was exhausted and wanted/needed a shower more than air itself. If I had gone, the other people at the Thai place would've been looking for the source of the funky stench.) After all that Karen and the development committee did leading up to the event, and then the massive amount of people, swag, and events that had to be managed during the day, I'm really impressed with all Karen did to make the day go so well. I know a lot of people put in a great deal of work, but Karen was the pivot on which the whole thing turned. Thank you Karen!
