EDIT: Never mind, moving again. It had not updated for 20 minutes, but just jumped forward a bunch

through the first checkpoint, and at the 60 mile mark
current speed 5.5mph a bit over 9 hours moving time.
looks like he took about 90 minutes at the checkpoint.

the weather is a balmy 0F - so all good there.

the forecast for the next few days seems pretty mild by alaska standards i guess. a high of 23 today in mcgrath and no winds. should suit our Jersey guy just fine! go jim!
