Mine is music:

The bottom three shelves are all vocal, choral, and symphonic works (and some band/guitar). The 2 above them are piano/organ/teaching material...the one above that is reference material. There's another 3 milk crates (full) and bookcase/cubby thing behind the cheap piano. Don't forget the autoharp (broken, pending repair), mandolin (broken), mountain dulcimer, 2 guitars, etc...etc...

Some fun things I found while organizing (I'm not the mess maker. I am, apparently, the one that cleans it up, though...):
