Help a brother out! Frank!!!

IN!
Keep fighting Frank, you mean a lot to a lot of people! You got this.

When I first got into cycling, going to Allaire TMs, it was always a joy to see your smile and hear your voice. You have had a very positive influence on us, keep influencing us with that smile and rides up Mt Fukitol.

We need you to kick cancers ass...you can do it!

That trailer looks familiar.

Best wishes, Frank. We’ve only had a few conversations over the years (Allaire, Clayton), but they were always delightful...and as you can see, memorable. Your van inspired me to get one of my own for transporting my bike. Be strong — we’re all behind you!

Approximately 40 minutes before a long discussion at East Creek Pond.
Hi Frank! Lets do something silly real soon.

I remember when I got my cross bike and wanted to try it out at Allaire on the Tueday night rides and being told I had to ask Frank if it was ok, he wasn't happy about it but reluctantly allowed it. Get better soon man, you're a great man.

I’ll never forget all those years ago when Frank came to my house and planted those roses for me. It was magical.

Wait. That was Frank’s Landscaping of Middlesex. Not the same Frank? This all gets so confusing.

Heal up you big happy goon. I’m still waiting for that Allaire tour and I’m holding you to that.

Frank is an amazing person and I'm heart broken to hear this news. Like the nice guy that he is a few weeks ago he reached out to me on Instagram to wish me well with my battle with cancer. He's had a huge impact on so many in this sport including me. A more genuine guy you won't find. Heal up quickly Frank! ...know I'm praying for you!

Pulled these out of my archives

Love that trailer in that video. Wish I could have seen it in person.

Ah, Sprain Ridge. I thought it was the time Frank had us haul a bunch of rocks into Allaire to help with the sand problem. Ha. Seriously though, I remember hauling load after load of crushed rock with Frank and crew on a 100 degree day a bunch of years back. I smile every time I walk or ride over it, as it's still there, solid as a rock. Frank taught me/us so much about trail conditions and maintenance. Made you look at a trail in a whole new way.
