Also done! Get well Frank you can do it! You have to be one of the nicest, most caring and passionate people about mountian biking and trail stewardship I've ever met. From the Tuesday night beginner rides to trail maintenance days at Allaire it was always a joy to talk, work and ride with you and all the crew. My mom has been through the big C three times in her life and is still going strong 10+ years later so keep fighting. She was all the way down to 92lbs at one point.

I just got off the phone with Frank and Cindy, and they are completely blown away by this show of support. It really is the least we can do for someone who has done so much for the trails that we ride. If you have a story or pic of some interaction or ride you've done with Frank, please post them here. Let's keep this post on page one until he is through treatment!

No pics but one funny moment I remember from a Tuesday night beginner ride was when we stopped to wait for the tail to catch up Frank still clipped in on his bike leaned against a tree and the whole thing just fell over! Frank didn't just the tree did it was a pretty decent sized tree too LOL. Another time we popped out on to the fire road and we nearly got ran over by two kids on dirt bikes I got to see a very angry Wookiee!

I’ve deleted and retyped my post a dozen times already... I’m just having a hard time putting into words what I’m feeling. I guess the long and short of it is.... I’m very much looking forward to my next mid-ride schnapps with the Wookiee.
Backyard skinnies, 2002. We were supposed to be building bike racks that day. And wearing helmets. And braking with 1 finger. And not drinking beer/bbqing all of the meat in the fridge. Jamie (pic 2 below) had the least dabs, but Frank (pic 1) cleaned it first. Mike (pic3) did not clean it the first run, but eventually did.

This is by far my favorite pic of us and overall in my collection through the years. When I first got on my bike after being sick, this hug meant the world to me and so does Frank!
The year I made him Wookie Cookies! And then he almost slapped me for that?
So then I made him a log cake. I didn't get slapped for that, thankfully. Or unfortunately?
We love you, Frank!
