Looks aero AFFirst Day Alone. Well, with a 20YO in the house, which is basically the same thing. Managed to get to the Kitchen for drinks and back without too much strain. My wife set up a shelf next to me with snacks.

well this is good.....you should probably have minimal muscle loss during the healing....Like I was zero weight bearing for 4 months...my leg looked like a toothpick after....THAT was the hard thing to fix...so you know...looking on the bright side and shit 🙂I can’t support my weight without the walker. I mean on the bad leg at least.

You are pretty bad ass. Somehow, I think you will heal fast. The human body is an incredible thing.I’ve been doing leg extensions on the couch, and bridges before/after sleep, and calf raises while sitting, and hobbling around with the walker to sort of lift my leg. My hip flexor doesn’t work.
Unfortunately no one at the hospital could sign off on my PT and I have to go see a GP and have them sign off? I don’t remember that being the case last time I used PT or when my kid broke his leg a couple years back. Doesn’t matter to us because we have the good teacher insurance at the moment. (insert political comment about an orange fucktard trying to take that away)
Ended up just booking the ortho that’s done all of my other broken bones although I would have done so sooner because it’s in like 2 weeks. I can’t feel anything clicking around so hopefully it’s fine
