My reality is I need to further scale back the lifting I already lift way less frequently than before but its still a bit much and going to need to cut it back a bit more when race season is approaching.
With Art’s Program it switches to lighter, higher rep, and body weight sessions in season. Volume is the same. I’m not sure what you do is actually important, just that you’re always doing something.
