Going Long and Hard.

I’m trying to do “bigger” weight for me, PF comes to $17 a month. If I bought a squat rack and stuff it would take up too much space 🙁

But $17 a month, i can spend that at chipotle by myself lol

The lack of actual barbells sucks, but I think I’ll be okay with the Smith machine

So you're saying PF doesn't have any barbells? You have to do deadlifts in a Smith machine?

I guess I'm getting PF mixed up with RetroFitness that I used to go to. But I can't see how a gym can't have barbells.

Don't let guys like Spence make you feel bad about being built like a bowl of Ramen Noodles. You'll be up the climb and in the next county before he can deadlift his 650c riding ass off the couch.

Two facts lets get past and im moving on without talking about a gym with a “free of free weight” model and pitching toning machines,😂😂😂

1) Pearl is faster than me on a bike, and?!?!- fact
2) If saving money at EVERY turn is so important, my suggestion of bodyweight exercises is the cheapest workouts you can do, Free- fact

Correct, I guess it’s cheaper and less liability? Nobody to fall and break they neck?

You should see me grabbing heavy ass 75lb dumbbells in front of some jacked dude to use for deadlifts, probably think I’m gonna hurt myself lol

I didnt check it out but i will guess there being a lot of squatting going on. Makes no sense when you can deadlift to get the same hip hinge and actually engage the grip to shoulder chain. Im sure someone smarter than me has a different position. To date, ive never had a situation while working or in everyday life where i had 200plus pounds just resting on my shoulders then needed to bend down to reach for something. However, i have lifted plenty of heavy stuff off the ground.

Bring back the Farmers walk in a big way🤘🏻🤘🏻
