I mean if you are about that saving money, push ups and sits all day.
And here are the personal trainer sessions we offer from some guy that definitely looks like he's never worked out before 🤣

You got body building and strength training mixed up.... Really mixed up
You do curls son so i get it. 🤦🏼♂️
99.9% of people that go to the gym give zero fucks about power lifting.

No doubt. Im an outlier if you havent noticed
So you're saying PF doesn't have any barbells? You have to do deadlifts in a Smith machine?I’m trying to do “bigger” weight for me, PF comes to $17 a month. If I bought a squat rack and stuff it would take up too much space 🙁
But $17 a month, i can spend that at chipotle by myself lol
The lack of actual barbells sucks, but I think I’ll be okay with the Smith machine

Don't let guys like Spence make you feel bad about being built like a bowl of Ramen Noodles. You'll be up the climb and in the next county before he can deadlift his 650c riding ass off the couch.
Ya know….. watching Spence and Jim bickering is traumatic for us surrogate kiddos 🤗
Correct, I guess it’s cheaper and less liability? Nobody to fall and break they neck?So you're saying PF doesn't have any barbells? You have to do deadlifts in a Smith machine?
I guess I'm getting PF mixed up with RetroFitness that I used to go to. But I can't see how a gym can't have barbells.
Baller move would be to ride your really long fatbike to the store, lash it to the bike and ride home.
I didnt check it out but i will guess there being a lot of squatting going on. Makes no sense when you can deadlift to get the same hip hinge and actually engage the grip to shoulder chain. Im sure someone smarter than me has a different position. To date, ive never had a situation while working or in everyday life where i had 200plus pounds just resting on my shoulders then needed to bend down to reach for something. However, i have lifted plenty of heavy stuff off the ground.
