Just another point regarding full power vs the 50-60nm 'light' emtbs.. I don't want a full power bike so that I can do things that I otherwise could not have done. For example, going up a super steep climb. I don't want a new experience. I want to do the same things as my analog bike but with more frequency/laps. Just my use case for an emtb.
In the camp of the complete opposite of this, i want to do things you cant and can do with an anolog 😁

This is pretty much me. I gave it a lot of thought about this when I was in the market and I came very close to getting a "full fat" bike, I'm talking <12 hours. I did some soul searching and my take on the eMTB thing is all I want is some assistance in climbing and extra torque over some rocky tech while I'm climbing. I'm not looking for speed because I want to keep the speed I ride at my comfort and skill level. I don't want to go much faster than I'm comfortable. Even while climbing I'm not looking to rocket up a climb. We all know that ebikes will help you go faster but it won't improve your riding skills. With a full fat I'm afraid I'll go faster than I can handle/control and end up hurting myself and others. You know what they say: "Speed without control is useless". This is just me and I don't judge those who go full tilt.

I beg to differ on this statement 😉
That's fine and I"m sure you're not the only one because there's no right or wrong responses. Different people have different experiences and I'm just speaking from my own experience and expectations from an ebike.

Out at the mothership for a week of Turbo Training. Spent all day today stripping and rebuilding Enviolo Equipped bikes.

Are they discussing the most commonly worn or replaced parts, or is the bike too new to have that data?

We're doing every generation of every bike so we'll hit it all. There are some common issues for sure, a lot of these we've seen in the shop already. This is more to streamline the process and be able to troubleshoot issues without just ordering and replacing a lot of expensive parts until something works.

Another day of troubleshooting. Got through a lot of bikes today. Finished Turbo to 100%. We just need to update the shop service area to be in line with what they want and then I take the Masters Test in 6 months. So, bring me your broken shit so I can practice 🤣

Yeah but your limited to brose
Let me know when your shimano trained
Check that when your Bosch trained because new bike will be a bosch. Dont stop there, Fazua where you can hang out with Porsches and TQ with AI, In otherwords get all the motor certifications 😁
