Cut through on New Trail.

I thought this may happen here........... Trail goes right.....

I blocked it with some branches, but didnt have my gloves with me to move some bigger stuff in the way. I'm still getting over some nasty poison Ivy and I aint touching sh*t without my gloves.

I dont get it, avoid a nice section of trail to go straight? You can see by the rutting that its cyclists........... I dont get it!!!

What we usually do, and what IMBA advises, is to put in vertical obstructions ( branches, transplanted small trees), mix in some under brush type cover, and garnish with leaves. If they can see the trail they will always walk/ride on over to it. The shortest distance between two points is usually also the stupidest.

I will fix this when I get out there. I can't actually picture where this is.
