Car-spotting thread

your too young to have seen that...but I was THERE MAN...I watched every minute of that chase live, it was intense...that bronco was def. white 🙂
Haha...yup. I was taking a summer class for college and was studying at another students place when we watched all this go down on TV. Bronco was white

Well done!
Its funny how car companies design cues just stand out....those tail lights from a side view just SCREAM audi

Lol I was young but even I remember that. I must have been around 10.
God I even remember the part where the guy pranked peter jennings about how he was "seeing OJ man, and he looks scared! and a baba booey to ya all!!!!!!!!!!!"

What was funny was that I lived in Utah at the time and there was NO howard stern on any radio there....So not until I moved back to NJ in 95, start driving a truck and listening to the show did I learn what the hell baba booey was.

And Al Michael's jumping in to let Peter Jennings know it was a "farcical call"

Joe does engine tear downs, me light bulb changes. Glad that these take regular 9003/h4 replacements for more light. The old Hellas were like driving with a flashlight. IMG_20200911_155833.jpg

Also found this under my car in the garage, is the car still safe to drive?....

late 60’s Kaiser built Jeepster Commando, I believe. Not quite as iconic as the Scouts and Broncos of the day but with the loyal Jeep following these days it’s probably not a bad investment.
My dad has one of these with a Dauntless V6. I drove it for while when I was going to school, just like any of the early Jeeps, even after a fresh rebuild of the steering parts, you got about 5000 miles before you could turn the wheel 1/2 a turn before anything happened. Also brakes were non-existent. Motor sounded good with open headers though. 😛
