Car-spotting thread

the fisker is better, but still not something i think id want to buy.

and just to be clear i wasnt defending those cars, just saying they left some of the most boring cso (car shaped objects) off the list.

Some dude in a red Tesla tried to do the old stop-light race with me tonight when I was cruising the old, out-dated Gixxer. He lost. He also chickened out in those fast turns on 23 when you get up past Riverdale.

haha why would anyone take on a motorcycle at a RLC? I like to get into revving contests but other than that - gonna lose every time.

I'd like @jimvreeland to explain why the Golf/Subaru (Let's face it, it's the same crowd) are all into the roof racks.

They love roof racks, much of the time nothing up there. In fact the other day the Subaru I saw parked had a bike rack with a quick-release fork mount in the front, but missing the arm to hold the frame. They went so far to put a broken fork-mount rack on their roof rack rails just for the looks.

Where did this come from?

I never understood this behavior. I had a hitch, that's why I switched sides, I never really fit in.

The guy was blasting light to light, I rolled up next to him when the traffic thinned out. I normally don't play like this, but it was pretty clear up ahead so why not? I rarely ever get to 14k, I just wanted to hear my bike scream (I have Yosh headers and can). The reality is its hard to get close to 14k on the road because you're already breaking laws before you leave 2nd gear. Actually, its hard to keep that throttle open for more than 3-4sec period in any gear because of this. My real destination was the turns on 23 and then a blast up and back on the very haunted Clinton Road anyway.

Such a timeless design. In my favorite color combo. Imola rules. Have you seen the new (2021) 4 series? What an abomination. BMW truly dropped the ball on that. Hold onto your E46. It’s a keeper.

just Googled - wow you're right. The twin grill ballooned into a giant ass

Please don't drive like a maniac on Clinton Rd. People like me ride their bikes on it.

Tried to catch up to a white Jag convertible on 202S that sounded great - popping and backfiring, super loud. Rarely see a modded jag
