Car-spotting thread

i have two of these in my garage (well not this exact one, but same style and size) 2 car garage and they are enough light for me, if i had room to work in the garage i may add 2 more, mine happen to be plug in not hardwire which makes setup easier . . .

looking for plug in. I saw one on Amazon that screws into the one bulb socket that looks like this - wonder if these are worth trying

We just had our entire shop swapped to those 4 ft led's, they sure are bright. First thing in the AM and your reaching for sunglasses.

those home depot ones plug in 🙄

These are amazing. I installed them in my shop and its better than daylight. Excuse the mess, this was a picture from early on in the build. It is loaded with my truck now changing axle seals and drum brakes. One pro tip... the switched cords that come in the box are only rated for 3 amps. A string of 6 draws about 3.5 amps. The switch melts in about 10 minutes. I hard wired them using the included short wire and haven't had any failures yet.

Spotted this one this morning on my ride. I was laughing because the road surface Right near where it’s parked has a Bunch of burnout tracks. Hmm.

then this afternoon I was at Home Cheapo with the wife and this complete jackass in a newer 911 CarreraS was getting reamed by the parking lot HD lady because he decided that 2 of the parking spots CLEARLY marked as parking lot pickup were actually for him to move the orange buckets they had so he could park there. After he grumbled and stamped his feet he moved 3 spots over and then stood by his car pouting and lit up a cigarette before he went inside. I didn’t take a pic of his Nice car cause he’s a jackass.

I'd like @jimvreeland to explain why the Golf/Subaru (Let's face it, it's the same crowd) are all into the roof racks.

They love roof racks, much of the time nothing up there. In fact the other day the Subaru I saw parked had a bike rack with a quick-release fork mount in the front, but missing the arm to hold the frame. They went so far to put a broken fork-mount rack on their roof rack rails just for the looks.

Where did this come from?
