Allaire Conditions

conditions

Was there last night, moved some downed trees and good to go. Moisture is just what it needed, more damage done to trails due to dry conditions than after a rain.

I'm heading here by noon, i will post conditions, that being said it is sunny and beautiful! let's enjoy! be safe all!

allaire is sweet! there are some wet spots in the usual places but nothing too bad. there is a big branch down on the top of glass, the rooty accent, tried to push it out of the way, all in all pretty good. now if we can jus get rid of all the sand!

And with this if you peeps find downed trees and such let us know we will try to get them cleared if you can't.. thanks

So it looks to have stopped raining here some time ago, and am hoping the same is true at Allaire. Anyone able to attest to how damp things are up that way? Hoping the rain was light enough to drain fairly well by later on this afternoon. If it looks ok her later i may head up regardless to check it out at least.

It's drizzling here now up the street (Wall) but I have no idea how much rain they have gotten in the last 24hrs. The ground seems firm here so it may be worth a try but it is really raw out there. If you do go, stay away from the more sensitive trails like Tiger woods and such.
Anyone that lives local want to chime in?

As we are getting rain here in ocean port now and we got rain last night. I would say it would be soft and wet not what I would consider stellar riding conditions as of now I'd say Wed. as long as we do not get any heavy rain for the rest of today. and at that the upper trails or the pink side will be a lot better then say TW or the river trail..

Agreed, this is the kind of rain we need to pack down the sand. Give it a day to drain a bit and it should be sweet!

riding solo tomorrow...so if anyone wants to join me....

I'll be there at the crack of dawn tomorrow (Saturday)

wheels down at 630 sharp.

steady pace with minimal stops, looking to get 20 miles in before I have to leave at 9am.

not killer pace but not beginner friendly (no offense)

will be riding an army green Redline Monocog (will be wearing safety yellow jacket).
