6 Mile Run Conditions

Any idea of conditions after the rain? Possibly wanted to ride the fatbike down the canal and do a loop tomorrow during the day. Rode the canal trail by Duke Island Park and it wasn't really muddy at all, just wet since its been so dry. Not sure if I should head to 6M or Chimney Rock.
I hiked a bunch of red on the 27 side today. There weren't any puddles, just a few soft spots. Trails were drying nicely during the day today. I think you'll be good to ride tomorrow.

Likely going to be bunch of mud tomorrow given the freeze thaw, right?

probably ok in the woods, until 9ish out in the open

Can’t we close the trail with chain and a huge sign that says “Muddy Conditions/ No Biking”
“Biking in Wet & Muddy Conditions Destroys Our Trails”

Conditions were surprisingly dry and hero dirt on Saturday. You can see the years of work implementing good drainage as there were pools of water laying alongside the trail in nicks and culvert basins rather than on trail. Clay was fast and tacky and ready to rip! Couple spots with running water across trail as the higher elevations drain off the prior night's rain and dampness in the deep trough trails of blue in the open field sector which should dry up in another day.
