I plan on riding red white and blue.
Plus I forgot my light.
I was planning on a hard cat 4 CX 40 minutes. If nobody shows that is.

It's simple.
Ride as hard as you can for 40 minutes just under your max HR.
In my case that would be around 185.

Side hill was good, loose but rideable. Better climbing than descending. When it packs down it will be great.

Good ride today, i opened up the fun by falling in the stream on white, with an almost otb side eject.
looked down and buried the fork. duh. Probably because my daddy shark jersey...
