i have heard that watching stuff on tv makes you better at the said sport.
Sort of like how Nascar is the biggest sport in the US and we have such great drivers.

I thought I'd attempt to write the first actual bike-related post of the day. Went out with Heythrop today. I like to think that I was coaching him for his endurance race next week. But perhaps that isn't true. Anyway, a good run around the entire Morris County I think. And I almost got hit by some granny in a car - great day!
