I did my first 85 mile ride yesterday down the shore from West Long Branch to Tuckerton for the MS ride. It was a beautiful day and hundreds of people were out riding. I wanted to say thank you to High Gear Cyclery for helping riders before and during the ride with their bikes and to Brielle...

With an extremely busy work schedule and the windy and rainy weather, I'm not much for riding in the winter; my mtb is in the shop and I just bought a road bike which I just took out for the first time yesterday; I'm doing an 85 mile MS Coast the Coast ride in May and a Sprint Tri in September...

I was at Ringwood on Sunday with friends, but earlier around 10:30....tons of fun leaving from Shepard's Lake Parking lot, explored alot of new stuff near 6 bridges and the red trail. I'll let you know when we do our next ride! Chimney Rock over the weekend sounds great..I may be in for it :D

Hey Brian... How are you feeling? Hope the drugs are working well for you right about now ;-) 3 months sounds about the time you should be ready to walk without a limp, do stairs normally, gym workouts...basic routine activities of daily living.... You shouldn't have a problem road...
