They are patient having to deal with our group. Thanks as well to MTBNJ and great seeing everyone today. 2 weeks in a row. I could get used to this thing called mountain biking.
We've all been there. Keep riding, some days we don't have it and it sucks, forget those times and keep pedalling. Eventually the suck happens less. Thanks to @JimN and @Ryan.P for leading, sweeping and pretty much babysitting, I think @MaxiBSplat is right, this place hates me! Crashing in the creek about 100 yards off the parking lot was a big confidence booster, almost as much as OTBing at 1 mph on a stick across the trail! At least I didn’t break anything, that’s improvement, even though I may have to get a better look at the dropper post.
40-50, I think some peeps missed the pic. What was the total headcount? Looks like a lot of people.
I got all the patience in the world as long as you don’t mind some heckling ?I appreciate the patience with my slow self and had a great time.
Wouldn’t be a proper ride without some good hecklingI got all the patience in the world as long as you don’t mind some heckling ?
Thank you for the kind words. It was was one of those days, I didn’t feel very well but I couldn’t say what was wrong so I pushed through it. Maybe the thought of the metric ton of dead leaves to move upon returning home...who knows. On it.We've all been there. Keep riding, some days we don't have it and it sucks, forget those times and keep pedalling. Eventually the suck happens less.
Yes. Thanks to Steph and Joy leading and sweeping for us on our “casual ride”. It was a lot of fun and again thanks riding at a pace where some of OS people can complete a nice ride.
I went OTB twice within 45 seconds. I also had hours worth of leaves waiting for me too. Don’t think that’s why I crashed but the crashed definitely impacted my leaf removal! Thanks to @JimN and @Ryan.P for leading, sweeping and pretty much babysitting, I think @MaxiBSplat is right, this place hates me!
