Allaire Conditions

Conditions were in great conditionon Saturday morning. Guess the cold temps kept people away because trails were not crowded. Enjoyed riding some of the new (to me) trails east of hospital road.
Big tree down on eastern end of tiger woods; need a dismount to go underneath it.
 
It's supposed to rain tomorrow, but I hear allaire is "bombproof". Will it be rideable Wednesday afternoon if it rains Tuesday?

Great conditions on Sunday am. Main lot was packed by the end of the ride, but only a little crowded on the trails, especially the orange switchbacks. That tree is still down on Tiger Woods, blocking the trail and requiring a dismount to go under.
 
Predictions for tomorrow around noon? Supposed to rain in the morning but also be in the 70s and windy. Not sure if I should take the bike to work or wait for another day.
 
Any thoughts on conditions for this afternoon? Did you guys get any rain? Was hopeful to meet up with my buddy and his NICA shredders. Want to be responsible and send the right message to the next generation.

Not good for today but we will be riding Brisbane this afternoon. Those trails are raw and have leaf cover and are only good in winter anyway due to overgrown and ticks and Chiggers in summer
