middle run/white clay creek are in delaware, on the border of maryland/pa. they're about a fifteen minute ride from fair hill. less hilly than fair hill, and the trails are much, much faster. really fun stuff.

fred, i drank a few smithwicks with lunch, then we rode, and rode some more, then we went out to eat and drink at monk's on spruce st in center city. i had some nasty belgian imperial stout, a rogue chocolate stout and a young's double chocolate stout.

thats pretty good pace! i need to hit fairmont and wissi this season, have not done it in......years. when is the next onslaught?::hmmm:

spent a few hours on the road today, up high point and then meandering through roads i don't know. distance was i guess somewhere between 20-30 miles? i was riding a 39(i think) x 18, and it friggen hurt for the first hour or two. then my legs finally started warming up to the gear and my body started getting used to the road bike geometry, and i was able to pick the pace up a bit before we got to the cars. pizza after with the goat. left the gps at home.

I drove back to Clays to put fence in til dark. I backtracked our route to where we split at Lertora rd.It was 14 ish miles right there so i think we all went farther than we thought........

I knew my legs felt 30!! You said you wanted to be home at 2 and were at least an hour late. You need to supply me w/ proper info on your realistic needs when I'm caculating distance and times😀

did you folks know that just 4 peanut butter smidgens contain a full 40% of your daily recommended dose of saturated fat? i didn't either. untill after i ate about 15 of them.... friggen zombie jesus and his candy holiday making me feel all fat. 😡
