Yes sir. Victim name sounds very familiar. Thinking I dealt with him on a welfare check or an EMS call. 100 building on Manchester is senior, low-income housing. Quite run down and required to be 55 and over with no subletting or "roommates". So likely the suspect was squatting with an older man for various "purposes". Happens quite a bit over there unfortunately.

I think you can make the argument that it's harassment or alarming conduct under the disorderly conduct statute, for sure. But after full testimony, I think ultimately the judge is going to sympathize with her. Not you.
